Operator

Information you add to Storio
You choose what to add to Storio. This may include asset names, categories, estimated values, purchase details, serial numbers, warranty dates, reminders, notes, locations, photos, documents, repair notes, symptoms, service history and selling preparation content. You control this content and can edit, export or delete it in the app.
Local-first storage
Storio is designed to keep your ownership data on your device by default. Removing the app or deleting data in the app removes local data from that device. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.
Export and import
Storio lets you export and import your own backup files. Backup files may contain the information, photos and documents you added. Keep backup files private and store them safely.
Private sync and Storio Plus
Pairing and automatic private sync are prepared as Storio Plus features. If enabled, Storio exchanges encrypted sync packages so connected devices can receive updates. The sync service is designed to relay encrypted packages and minimal sync metadata, not to read the contents of your assets, photos, documents or notes. Sync metadata may include a sync group identifier, generated device identifier, device label, timestamps and connection status needed to operate the feature.
AI features
AI-assisted features are optional. When you use them, selected content may be sent to the configured AI service to create suggestions, extract details, organize repair notes or prepare descriptions. Review AI output before using it. You decide what information to keep in Storio.
Selling preparation
Storio can help prepare listing text for services such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Storio does not post listings automatically. You decide what to copy, export or publish on third-party services, and those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
App permissions
Storio may ask for permissions such as camera, photos/files or notifications only when needed for features you choose to use. Camera access may be used to add photos or scan pairing codes. Notifications may be used for reminders. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
Storio Plus and app stores
Storio Plus is prepared as a paid plan with a higher asset limit and automatic private sync. Purchases will become available after store purchases are enabled. If paid features are offered later through an app store, the store provider may process payment, subscription and purchase status information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Storio may use purchase status only to unlock or restore app features.
Diagnostics and crash reporting
The first release does not include behavior analytics. Storio can optionally save basic crash/error notes locally on your device when you enable this setting. Nothing is sent automatically. You choose if you want to copy and share a diagnostic report with support.
Website, support, demo and partner requests
The Storio website is a public marketing and support website. Basic technical logs may be processed by hosting providers to keep the website secure and available. If you contact support, we may receive your email address and the details you choose to include in your message.
If you request a guided Storio Ops demo, we receive your name, work email, organization and any optional role, phone, organization-size or workflow details you submit. If you apply to the Storio Ops Partner Program, we receive your name, work email, company or consultancy, country, preferred partner type, the customer groups you serve and any optional website, role or message you provide. These details are used to answer and manage the request or partner application. The website does not automatically add these submissions to a marketing mailing list. They are delivered to Storio by email through the configured email-delivery provider and may remain in the relevant business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation, administer a partner relationship, maintain reasonable business records or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting info@my-storio.com.
Sharing
Storio does not sell your personal data. Storio does not publish your assets, documents, photos or ownership information publicly on your behalf. Information is shared only when needed for features you choose to use, such as optional AI processing, private sync, support or app store purchase handling.
Data deletion
You can delete local app data inside Storio or by removing the app from your device. If private sync is enabled, disconnecting sync requests removal of related encrypted relay data where available. For help, see Data Deletion or contact info@my-storio.com.
Changes
Storio features and this policy may change over time. The current version will be posted on this page.
