Tell us what happened, which version of Storio you use, whether you are using the web app or mobile app, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send private documents, photos, serial numbers or sensitive asset details unless support specifically asks for them.

Storio Plus

Storio Plus purchases will become available after store purchases are enabled. Storio Plus is prepared for a higher asset limit and automatic private sync. Purchase, restore and subscription management will be available only after official store billing is enabled.
